ML7420A8088-E series actuators can be connected with Honeywell linear control valves to continuously adjust and control the medium and output 2 ~ 10V position feedback signals, which can be widely used in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
Compared with the existing product ML7420A6033-E, the ML7420A8088-E has a stroke adaptive function, which can accurately reflect the actual stroke position of the valve and improve the problem that the feedback signal does not match the input signal.
Product technical characteristics:
ML7420A8088-E needs to manually enter the adaptive mode. After the actuator is powered on, press and hold the W2 and W3 keys on the PCB at the same time for more than 2 seconds, the LED light starts to flash, and the actuator enters the adaptive mode. The actuator will automatically fully close and then fully open. The indicator light will no longer flash to indicate that the self-adaptation is completed. At this time, the actuator will return to the position before triggering.
