SZ series vibration speed sensor
The magnetoelectric speed sensor is an inertial sensor, which uses the principle of magnetoelectric induction to convert a vibration signal into a voltage signal. The voltage value is proportional to the vibration speed value, and the advantages of high signal-to-noise ratio and low output impedance are widely used. Intrinsically safe design sensors can be used in flammable and explosive hazardous locations.
The main function
● The output signal is proportional to the vibration speed and can be used in both high frequency, medium frequency and low frequency vibration measurement fields.
● SZ series sensors have lower output impedance and better signal to noise ratio. There are no special requirements for the output plug and cable, and it is easy to use.
● The frictional moving element is eliminated in the sensor design, so it is flexible and can measure small vibrations (0.01mm).
● The sensor has a certain resistance to lateral vibration (no more than 10g peak).
● Can be used to measure the vibration of the bearing housing, housing or structure (absolute vibration relative to the inertia space). It is installed directly outside the machine and is extremely easy to use and maintain.
