Condition monitoring
★ Monitor the absolute vibration of the rotating machinery, such as the vibration of the housing, the vibration of the bearing bush, the vibration of the frame and so on.
★ Monitor the vibration caused by imbalance of the rotor, misalignment, loose parts, damage of rolling bearings, gear damage, etc.
Ø Measurement parameters
★ Vibration speed, acceleration, and displacement values.
Ø Unit type
★ all kinds of rotating machinery. Such as fans, compressors, motors, pumps, gear boxes, turbines and so on.
★ Particularly suitable for the technical transformation of the old unit.
Ø probe installation requirements
★ Just make a φ 30mm platform on the housing , open a M6 screw hole, and fix the probe on the screw hole without any operation inside the machine.
Ø output interface
★ having . 4 - 20mA or . 1 - 5V active output terminal ( " 4-20mA " a " + " and " - ").
★ The spot LED shows the machine running status (instrument working status OK , alarm Alert , interlockDanger ).
★ Isolated two-stage alarm relay output terminal SPDT ( 6 output terminals of " ALERT " and "DANGER " ).
★ Field alarm reset button, remote alarm reset terminal (" RESET ") / alarm bypass terminal (" RESET " and " COM ").
★ It can be displayed on site (requires TM0200 ) and shows the vibration value through PLC and DCS .
★ Suitable for various explosion-proof occasions (explosion-proof barrier TM0401 is required ).
★ buffer output of the original signal, direct docking status monitoring instrument (" BUF OUT " coaxial cable interface).
★ 24VDC , 220VAC or 110VAC power supply, 220VAC or 110VAC option is isolated power supply.
