The DZW series of multi-turn electric actuators are the driving devices for electric valves to control the opening and closing of valves. DZW series multi-turn electric actuators are used in gate valves , globe valves , throttle valves, and diaphragm valves. It can accurately operate according to the control command, and is an indispensable driving device for remote control, centralized control and automatic control of various valves and dampers. This series of products can be used not only in power stations, but also in petrochemical, metallurgical, and public utilities. Has the following characteristics:
1. The device is dustproof, waterproof and light corrosion resistant, and its protection grade is IP55, IP65 (special order);
2. The torque control mechanism is reliable in operation, convenient in adjustment, and high in torque repeatability;
3. The stroke control mechanism has high adjustment accuracy and repeatability, and the opening and closing directions can be equipped with 2 to 4 micro-switches;
4. Semi-automatic hand-electric switching mechanism, simple mechanism, reliable operation and light operation;
