1. Applicable scope of equipment:
GN3-72/4R high-voltage isolation switchgear is installed between the pressure-bearing insulator or wall bushing of the electrostatic precipitator and the high-voltage output of the silicon rectifier transformer. During the maintenance and repair of the precipitator electric field, it is used for the switching, transfer and grounding of the high-voltage power circuit of the electrostatic precipitator, so as to ensure the safety of the maintenance personnel.

2. Rated DC working voltage 72KV , withstand voltage: 72KV ;
3. Installation and use conditions:
1. The altitude of the place of use does not exceed 2000 meters;
2. The working environment temperature is between -20 ~+80 ℃;
3. The relative humidity of the working environment does not exceed 95% (when the average temperature is 25 ℃);
4. There should be no conductive dust, corrosive metal iron filings, etc. that seriously affect the insulation performance and conductivity of the isolating switch;
5. There should be no obvious vibration or shaking at the installation position;
6. If the equipment needs to be installed outdoors, it should be installed in an iron cabinet (high-voltage isolation switch cabinet) with perfect protection devices.
Four, installation instructions:
1. The isolating switch mounting bracket has a flat surface and sufficient strength, and the mounting screw ensures firm and reliable welding;
2. The distance between the input and output terminals of the isolation switch high-voltage power supply and other surrounding objects should be greater than 300mm , otherwise it is easy to cause high-voltage discharge;
3. The safety linkage lock switch wiring at the lower end of the isolating switch movable porcelain bottle should be connected correctly and firmly;
4. When the switch handwheel rotates abnormally or is difficult, it should be checked and repaired in time to avoid damage to other parts such as the movable porcelain bottle and contact piece;
5. The isolating switch should be regularly maintained by maintenance personnel. Under normal circumstances, it should be inspected once every six months.
