It is applicable to the patrol monitoring and alarm control of various industrial process parameters such as shaft temperature, pipeline air temperature and furnace temperature.
★ Features
※ Universal input signal
It can be applied to any of the following input signals with simple software and hardware settings.
l Thermal resistance: Pt100, Pt100.0, Pt10, Cu50, Cu100.
l Thermocouple: K, E, S, B, J, R, T, N, with automatic cold junction temperature compensation.
l Standard signal: 0-10mA, 4-20mA, 0-5V, 1-5V, linear or square signal.
l Remote transmission pressure gauge: 30-350 W , the signal deviation can be corrected by the on-site button, that is, ready to use.
l General linear non-standard signal: 0-60mV or 0-60mV or more 0-5V or any signal can be set to use immediately.
l Other special customized non-standard input signals.
※ Single-chip intelligent
l Zero point and magnification can be automatically tracked, and there is no drift in long-term operation.
l All parameters can be set by pressing the button.
※ Alarm relay
l There are up to two common alarm relays, and the common alarm relay has two alarm modes that can be selected by pressing the button.
l “Common” alarm: The relay will act as long as any channel generates an alarm.
l “Specified channel”: The relay will only operate if an alarm is generated on a specified channel.
l Each channel alarm value and alarm hysteresis can be set separately.
※ There are also road and lower limit alarm indicators on the 24 circuit inspection instrument panel.
※ With RS485/ RS232/Modem isolated communication interface
※ With serial print port, it can be used with our PRN5000 disk printer.
※ 8/16 loop inspection instrument can be equipped with DT500 each channel alarm control expansion box, each channel alarm control expansion box each box has 16 alarm control output relays, there are 4 types available.
l DT501:1-8 channel upper and lower limit alarm control output expansion box.
l DT502: 9-16 channel upper and lower limit alarm control output expansion box.
l DT503: 1-16 channel upper limit alarm control output expansion box.
l DT504: 1-16 channel lower limit alarm control output expansion box.
