    DGT1S Multifunctional Digital Weight Transmitter/Weighing Display

    Ultra-thin multifunctional weight transmitter/weighing indicator, suitable for DIN rail mounting.
    It can read sensor weights and diagnose the status of each sensor directly from the automation system. With many interfaces, it is convenient to connect with the automation system.

    Specifications

    5-key waterproof keyboard.
    The LED screen can display 6 numbers, and there are 6 LED lights to display the instrument status.
    Standard DIN rail installation.
    It can be set and calibrated through the keyboard or DINITOOLS software on the PC.
    Single range 10.000e or multi range 2x3000e @ 0.3 &icro;V/d (CE-M certified for trade-clearing certified instruments).
    The display resolution can reach 100,000, and the internal resolution can reach 3,000,000 points. Up to 8 linear signal points
    can be set through DINITOOLS software (3 points can be set through the keyboard). 24-bit A/D conversion, automatic speed selection, the highest speed is 3200 times/second. Up to 8 sensors with an internal resistance of 350 Ohm can be connected. 12-24Vdc power supply.

     

    Weight transmission function

    Via keypad:
    reset, tare, manual tare, print and/or transmit data, power on/standby.


    Weighing function:
    display weight accuracy x10, net weight/gross weight or lb/kg conversion, cumulative weight, formula weighing, piece counting, use PC/PLC to call and save weight (need to be equipped with Alibi memory board), piece counting, / secondary weighing , Weight lock and peak detection.


    Serial port function:
    read net weight, gross weight and tare weight; reset; semi-automatically tare or preset tare value; switch weighing pan channel; set output enabling limit; read/write Alibi memory card data.
    Read microvolts or ADC converter values ​​of all weighing pan channels; related information display; print; set APW in piece counting mode; analog key function; MODBUS protocol .


    Model with 16-bit analog output (DGT1SAN)
    : Proportional to positive (feeding) and negative (discharging) net or gross weight

     

    This model can be used as an ordinary weight transmitter, or used to transmit the weight of multiple DFW/DGT/MCW weighing indicators (MASTER, that is, as a host).

    Function mode:
    Weight transmission of multiple weighing displays:
    through this function, the weight value of up to 32 independent weighing displays can be transmitted, and the weight value of each weighing display can be displayed, or the total weight can be displayed for printing.
    Common weight transmitter use:
    through this function, the weight value on any weighing display can be sent

     

    I/O interface

    RS232/C bidirectional port for connecting external devices.
    RS485 bi-directional port, used to connect network working group (DGT4, DGT4AN and DGT1S models).
    16-bit analog output (only for DGT1SAN mode): 4-20mA / 0-5Vdc / 0-10Vdc, the resistance of the output current is 350 Ohm, the resistance of the output voltage is 10K Ohm
    2 outputs: 150mA 48 Vac / 150mA 60 Vdc (Normally Open), it is configurable.
    2 inputs: 12-24Vdc, 5mA–20mA, configurable.
