ZDW_-01F type intelligent position locator module is a multi-purpose servo amplifier and the position signal transmitter in one of the intelligent control module, are widely used in power plants, petrochemical, metallurgical, textile, pharmaceutical and other industrial process automation control system, Used to control the opening and closing of the electric valve. The module is installed inside the electric actuator and directly accepts 4 ~ 20mA standard current control signal or switch signal from DCS control system or other upper computer control system. Inside the module, there is a special identification system for monitoring the disconnection. When a fault occurs in the input signal, the module immediately stops the strong electric output to the electric actuator and maintains the analog output before the disconnection. The functions of on-site debugging, sensitivity setting, and manual switching of the module are all set by the four buttons on the module. The module has an analog output that can be user-defined 0~10mA or 4~20mA valve position feedback, and the valve position feedback conversion output signal is isolated from this module. Strong versatility, on-site installation and commissioning are quick and easy.
