                                                                                            Introduction

              KR-939SB3 integrated three-parameter (oil temperature, oil level, vibration) combined probe is a general-purpose combined probe with non-bus structure in the KR-939 series cooling tower fan safety monitoring system. It can be directly connected with "KR-939B3 fan safety monitor" to realize single device monitoring. It can also be connected with a variety of general-purpose secondary instruments, or computer data acquisition measurement and control systems (DCS, PLC, etc.). This combination probe, which is applied to the safe operation monitoring of the fan gearbox, integrates the sensing, conversion and transmission circuits for measuring oil temperature, oil level and vibration signals inside, and directly outputs 4~20mA corresponding to these safety parameters. Standard current signal can be connected with various general-purpose secondary instruments or computer digital acquisition and monitoring systems. Probe temperature measurement uses platinum resistance sensor and semiconductor integrated device; oil level measurement adopts thermal conductivity sensing principle; magnetoelectric sensor used for vibration measurement can directly obtain the speed signal of mechanical vibration, and pass through the amplifier and band-pass filter , True effective value (RMS) converter, which converts complex vibration waveforms within the effective bandwidth to true effective value, and finally generates 4~20mA output by the voltage/current drive circuit. The combination probe is a small integrated all-stainless steel anti-corrosion structure, and the output transmission mode has long-term anti-interference ability. With good sealing, anti-seismic and explosion-proof measures, it can work online for a long time in the harsh environment of the measurement site. The combination probe can conveniently obtain important parameters closely related to the safe operation of the measured object at the same time, so it is also very suitable for direct safety monitoring of other rotating machinery, reciprocating machinery and other equipment, and is a must for modern industry, national defense, and scientific research Less vibration safety monitoring unit.

                                                                      Main technical performance and indicators

             Appearance and installation structure: The KR-939SB3 integrated three-parameter combination probe is a stainless steel fully enclosed waterproof structure with a weight of about 0.6kg. The probe is in the form of an external thread and is installed in the threaded mounting hole of the fan gearbox. The probe rod is inserted into the gearbox In order to obtain the lubricating oil temperature, lubricating oil level and box vibration signal in the reduction box, and complete the transmission output. The thread specification and probe insertion depth shall be specified when ordering. See [Figure 1] Schematic diagram of the external structure.

    Temperature measurement characteristics:

                           Measuring range of lubricating oil temperature: 0~100°C, comprehensive error of temperature measurement: ±1°C

    Oil level measurement characteristics:

                          Measuring range of lubricating oil level: -10~40㎜ (0㎜ is the lower oil limit position of the normal oil level of the gear box), the comprehensive error of oil level measurement: ±5㎜ When the power is first turned on, it needs to be warmed up for about 2 minutes; The damping time is about 1 minute; the measured medium must be a non-conductive medium.

    Vibration measurement characteristics:

                          Vibration measurement range: 0~20 ㎜/s, measurement output is proportional to the true effective value (RMS) of vibration velocity, vibration measurement frequency range: 10~1000HZ, vibration measurement comprehensive error: ±1 ㎜/s

    Signal output characteristics:

                          Active current output: DC/4~20mA, requires passive resistive load. Maximum load resistance calculation (including transmission line internal resistance): Rmax=(V-15)/0.02 (where V is the supply voltage)

    Power supply characteristics:    

                          Working voltage: DC/24V±2V, no-load working voltage: DC/18V, maximum protection voltage: DC/30V, rated current: DC/80mA, maximum instantaneous working current: 150mA, built-in voltage polarity reverse connection protection.

    Environmental characteristics:

                           Ambient temperature range: -20~80℃, Ambient humidity range: 0~100% (The port is sealed with 704 silicone rubber)

    Electrical connections:

                          5-wire 6-terminal connection: 1# +V: +24V power supply; 2# G: connected to the shell and can be connected to the shield; 3# -V: common ground wire; 4# T: temperature signal output; 5# A: vibration signal output ; 6# L: Oil level signal output. For typical wiring, see [Figure 2] schematic diagram of probe wiring principle.
