The electromagnetic pulse valve ( also known as the diaphragm valve ) is the compressed air "switch" of the pulse bag type dust collector cleaning system. Controlled by the output signal of the pulse controller, the filter bag is sprayed and cleaned row by row (room), so that the resistance of the dust collector is kept within the set range to ensure the processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the dust collector.
The Z -type pulse valve is a right-angle valve with an angle of 90 ° between the inlet and outlet. It is suitable for the installation link between the air bag and the blow pipe. The air flow is smooth and can provide the required cleaning gas pulse.
The Y -type pulse valve is a submerged valve (also known as an embedded valve) that is mounted directly on the air bag for better flow characteristics. The pressure loss has been reduced, which is suitable for workplaces with low air supply pressure.
The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into two front and rear air chambers. When the compressed air is turned on, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the throttle hole. At this time, the air chamber pressure closes the diaphragm to the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic The pulse valve is in the "off" state.
The electric signal of the pulse controller makes the pulse valve armature move, and the air chamber vent hole is opened after the valve, and the air chamber quickly loses pressure. The diaphragm moves back and compressed air is blown through the valve outlet. The pulse is in the "on" state.
The electric signal of the pulse blowing control instrument disappears, the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve is reset, the venting hole of the rear air chamber is closed, and the pressure of the rear air chamber is raised to make the diaphragm close to the valve outlet, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the " closed " state again.
