The fully isolated single-phase AC voltage regulating module (single-phase voltage regulating module DTY for short) integrates a synchronous transformer, a phase detection circuit, a phase-shift trigger circuit and an output thyristor. When the control voltage is changed, the output can be changed. The trigger phase angle of silicon control realizes the voltage regulation of single-phase alternating current. According to the different output thyristor devices, it is divided into three categories: the ordinary type with one bidirectional thyristor, the enhanced type with two unidirectional thyristors connected in anti-parallel, and the half-wave type with one unidirectional thyristor. According to the rated voltage of the single-phase AC load, it is divided into two categories: 220V and 380V. According to the different control signals, it is divided into four categories: E, F, G, H type. Specification and model table. If the voltage applied to the load through ①② is inconsistent with the voltage of ③④, please state the voltage of the two. Our company can customize it for the user, but the phases of the two must be the same, and ③④ must be 220VAC or 380VAC, 50HZ voltage level. There is no polarity between ①② and ③④. For example: if a certain load has a rated voltage of 36VAC (stepped down by a transformer for a 220V power grid), and if you choose a 75A single-phase voltage regulating module, you can order a module with model number TY-H36D75P-220 from our company, in which the ① and ② pins are connected in series with the load. Connect to the 36V power grid and pins ③ and 4 to the 220V power grid. As shown in the picture:2. CON must be positive to COM. If the polarity is opposite, the output terminal will be out of control (fully open or fully closed). When the control terminal CON changes from 0-5V, the voltage on the AC load is adjustable from 0 volts to the maximum value (for resistive loads). Among them, CON is a fully closed area when it is around 0-0.75V, and the output of the module can be reliably turned off; CON is an adjustable area when it is around 0.75V-4.75V, that is, as the control voltage increases, the conduction angle α changes from 150 ° to 0° linearly decreases, and the voltage on the AC load increases from tens of volts to the maximum value; when CON is around 4.75V-5V, it is a fully open area, and the voltage on the AC load is the maximum value.3. The input impedance of E, F and H series CON to COM is greater than 30KΩ, and the input impedance of G series CON to COM is 250Ω. The +5V voltage signal is only provided to the manual potentiometer and is not used for other purposes. The resistance of the selected potentiometer is between 2-10KΩ.4. The speed of single-phase AC asynchronous motors should usually be controlled by a frequency converter. Only soft load loads such as fans and pump motors, or torque motors, can achieve speed regulation through voltage regulation.5. Three single-phase voltage regulation modules cannot be used on a three-phase power grid to regulate voltage for three-phase loads (see Three-Phase Voltage Regulation).6. The insulation voltage between the weak current part, the strong current part and the module base plate is greater than 2000VAC.7. The heat generation of the entire module is calculated based on the actual current ampere of the load multiplied by 1.5 watts/ampere. The radiator can be E-40, F-70, F-100 and G series.8.
